In order to book your All-In-One senior shoot and reserve your slot for the Class of 2023, you'll need to complete the following form. Once completed, Morgan will contact you in order to make payment arrangements for your session fee, if applicable.

SESSION INFORMATION

All-In-One Senior Portrait Session

The Mini All-In-One session includes a 45 minute shoot, 1 location, 2 outfits, 5 high-resolution digital files, 5 gift prints, and a yearbook photo submission. Sessions are only held Mon-Thurs.

All-In-One Mini Senior Session + $450.00

USE OF OTHER CAMERAS

Please note that the use of cameras other than the photographer's is prohibited during your session. Behind-the-scenes pics and other fun shots for social media are more than welcome and encouraged - just be sure to tag MDP!

RESCHEDULING + INCLEMENT WEATHER

A 2-week notice is required for all date changes. Your session would then be rescheduled for the next available time slot. Cancellations made LESS THAN 2 weeks from the scheduled start time will result in a forfeit of 50% of your session fee. Your shoot will then be scheduled for the next available slot once your additional session fee has been received. In the event that the weather doesn't look agreeable on the session day, your photographer will contact you to discuss the options. Overly warm, cold, cloudy or windy days are generally NOT grounds for rescheduling. If the forecast shows that more than half of the shooting time frame is expected to be rainy, we will likely reschedule. Every situation is different and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

IMAGE COPYRIGHT

I understand that all images taken by Morgan Dawson Photography are protected by copyright law and that it is illegal to scan, copy, print or reproduce them in any way without permission from Morgan Dawson. Images posted online by Morgan Dawson Photography may be shared to your own site in their original form. Please do not apply your own custom edits or filters to the image. If possible, share the love and tag Morgan Dawson Photography and your hair and makeup artists when possible!

LOCATION RELEASE

I will not hold Morgan Dawson Photography or the property owner responsible for any injury sustained during our photo session. Morgan takes the utmost care when working with you to choose a location that is safe and secure for everyone involved.

MODEL RELEASE

Morgan Dawson Photography and her team would love to include their favorite images from your session in their portfolio. By agreeing to this optional model release, you grant them permission to use images from this session on their websites, marketing materials, and social media sites. Your images will never be sold or used for other purposes without your approval.

Hello!

First, let me say how excited I am to be working with you! It means a lot that you've decided to allow me to be your senior portrait photographer. I promise - we will have so. much. fun!

I'll be in contact with you soon to schedule your shoot day and go over any initial questions you may have. Don't worry - I won't just have you show up on the day and expect to know everything that is going on. I have a Session Questionnaire I'll have you fill out before the shoot that will help me get a better idea of your personality, style, and session goals. I'll also have a private client-only section of my website available that has TONS of what to expect information. That being said, know you can contact me at ANY time with questions.
